TASK: The Membership API was only accessible through queries within the Rails console. This made it difficult for Product Support Specialists and Engineers alike to identify inconsistencies in membership data resulting in issues such as malfunctioning keycards and membership status. As an intern, I was tasked with designing and implementing a frontend interface for the Membership API, Pegasus.
SOLUTION: Over the course of my internship, I built a web application end-to-end, single handedly. This application is now in production at WeWork and serves as the source of truth for membership management. Using my application, WeWork employees can now quickly access membership information via UUID and can clearly see data inconsistencies.
